This workbook is for anyone who wants to practice being in their own body. We gain agency over ourselves when we learn what it is like to truly live inside our bodies. We have been socialized and conditioned to look outside ourselves for peace. We have the tools inside us already. This workbook is a series of prompts for you to begin or further your journey of living authentically as yourself. We live in a fear-based society where we’re not encouraged to feel good, but instead are constantly barraged by a flow of information meant to keep us looking for flaws. Consider this guide a jumping off point for you to begin your own journey to living radically as yourself. We’re all meant to be different. We’re all meant to embrace our own gifts. If we can embrace who we are and live authentically, we clear the path for others to do the same.
