Blissful Body has a simple goal - get comfortable in your own skin and be present to the moment.

This session of Blissful Body is all about moving through resistance. What are the blocks you are currently facing? What is the next step you need to take? Let’s explore in this 30-minute Blissful Body session!

integrating gentle movement + meditation + journaling, we’re creating space and multiple avenues to connect with our bodies and listen to our authentic spirits. 
Typical Flow:
10 minutes of movement
10 minutes guided meditation + visualization
10 minutes of intention setting + journaling

What do I need to do? Not much! All you need for this class are the following things:

  • Wear cozy clothes you can move in

  • have space where you can do some simple movement

  • have a notebook + pen

This is an online class conducted via zoom. Feel free to keep your video off for the most blissful being.

All are welcome. This is a safe space for you to get quiet, connect to your energy, and drop into your body wisdom.
