Blissful Body - Moving through Resistance (30-min session) $15

Blissful Body has a simple goal - get comfortable in your own skin and be present to the moment.

This session of Blissful Body is all about moving through resistance. What are the blocks you are currently facing? What is the next step you need to take? Let’s explore in this 30-minute Blissful Body session!

integrating gentle movement + meditation + journaling, we’re creating space and multiple avenues to connect with our bodies and listen to our authentic spirits. 
Typical Flow:
10 minutes of movement
10 minutes guided meditation + visualization
10 minutes of intention setting + journaling

What do I need to do? Not much! All you need for this class are the following things:

  • Wear cozy clothes you can move in

  • have space where you can do some simple movement

  • have a notebook + pen

This is an online class conducted via zoom. Feel free to keep your video off for the most blissful being.

All are welcome. This is a safe space for you to get quiet, connect to your energy, and drop into your body wisdom.

Human Design is finding what's unique about you and how your Human Design guides and directs how to use this with your skills, talents and expertise. To get the most out of this class, bring your own chart which you can get here.

Expect to learn and gain insights on - your own chart - how your Human Design strategy shows up in your relationships with yourself, others, work, etc. - your purpose/mission based on your design. This class will be recorded and the video will be up within 24 hours.

These elements are the most important building blocks of your chart. If you understand these, life can flow more effortlessly for you as you work with your energy and natural resources.

I’m a big proponent of thoroughly understanding the basics. Just like a chef doesn’t need fancy ingredients to create an incredible meal, you can create joy and ease by integrating these foundational elements of Human Design. Everything in Human Design is unlocked by these concepts. Consider energy type, strategy, and authority the keys to the castle.
